Joseph’s practice is focused on the areas of estate planning, wills and probate, and estate and trust administration. He also specializes in drafting halachic estate planning documents.
Prior to joining the firm he practiced commercial and civil litigation. While in law school, Joseph interned for the Honorable Robert N. McDonald on Maryland’s highest appellate court. He also participated in the Consumer Bankruptcy Clinic where he guided his clients through the bankruptcy process. In addition, Joseph served as an associate editor for the Journal of Healthcare Law and Policy.
He obtained his B.A. from Thomas Edison State University, earning the Arnold Fletcher award in the process. Joseph went on to receive his J.D. cum laude from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.
Joseph is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association.
